1. Simulated environment

All Nexus accounts, including evaluation accounts and accounts described as "funded", operate in a simulated trading environment using virtual funds. No real orders are placed on live markets on your behalf and you do not trade real capital.

2. Not an investment service

Nexus does not accept deposits, does not hold or manage client money and does not provide investment advice, brokerage or portfolio management. The fee you pay is a fee for access to an evaluation program. It is not a deposit and it is not an investment.

3. No guarantee of results

There is no guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, become eligible for a payout or receive any payout. Payouts are performance-based rewards paid by the Company. They are subject to the Trading Rules, the Account Rules and identity verification.

4. Fees are not refunded

If you breach a rule or a loss limit, your account may be closed. Challenge fees are not refunded. See the Refund Policy.

5. Trading risk

Trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk. Results achieved in a simulated environment do not represent real trading results and do not show how you would perform with real money.

6. No advice

Information on this website is general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

7. Eligibility and your responsibility

The Services are available to persons aged 18 or older and are not offered to residents of the United States. You are responsible for making sure that using the Services is lawful in the country where you live.
