1. Challenge fees are non-refundable

The fee you pay gives access to an evaluation program in a simulated trading environment. It is not a deposit or an investment. Challenge fees are not refunded, including when an account is breached, closed for a rule violation or not used.

2. Before you buy

Please read the Trading Rules, the Account Rules and the Risk Disclosure before purchasing a challenge. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read them.

3. Eligibility

The Services are available to persons aged 18 or older and are not offered to residents of the United States.
